At Adrias cafe, we endeavor to deliver exceptional experiences with all our products. By using any part of this website you do so with the acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms of services outlined below. Please read these carefully.

It is important to understand all our cakes/food items are unique and handmade, with items varying- please refer to details in writing for more accurate information on the product you are purchasing and use images only as a rough guide.

Our products are created in a place where they have or could have come into contact with nuts, wheat, dairy and other allergens. Please keep this in mind when completing your order.

Please note, all orders and enquiries made outside of office hours will be responded to within 24 hours of the next working day.

Office hours: We open TUESDAY to SATURDAY and are closed SUNDAY/MONDAYS therefore please do not order items for pickup on days we are closed- please arrange the day before if needed (ie a Sunday cake can be made and collected on Saturday )

Photos: We cannot supply photos of the finished cake/food item when ready. If you wish to see what your cake/product looks like please ask your family member who is picking up the cake to take a picture and send it to you.


If you need a quote, all quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment is required to confirm your order. All orders must be paid in full to secure your booking. Once payment is received we will process your order and add it to our system. We take orders on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Orders should be placed for most products at least 2 working days prior to a scheduled pick up time. Some items need more or less preparation time, which will be stated in the Description area of the order page.

All orders follow an “Order received” to “Order confirmed” process. This is to ensure that the customer has not booked on a day that is fully booked or when we are closed. Payments are made online and at this point, the order status is ‘Order received‘. Payment is made via PayPal or our secure payment that also offer a credit card payment service.

All flowers and decorations pictured on website cakes are seasonal and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct any quotes given where a typo has resulted in the wrong amount being quoted or if prices have changed due to market conditions.


Changes to orders must be made in writing to us 3 days ahead of your scheduled pick-up time. We cannot guarantee that the requested change will be available for the finished product and will assess each request within reason. It is at our discretion to accept any change requests within this period.


Please read our cancellation and refund policy below carefully. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Adrias Cafe

In line with our cancellation policy, all cancellations should be made in writing to adriascafe@gmail.com 5 working days before the order is to be collected. Less than 5 working days, there are no refunds, as we would have already begun purchasing ingredient, planning and turning down other orders by then. This includes changes in mind and unforeseen events.

Cancellations with more then a week’s notice are at the discretion of the bakery, and will be in the form of Store credit that can be used on another day or product.

Because we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction we acknowledge the rights given to each customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the responsibilities given to us. Any refunds, where an item purchased is not acceptable as intended, will be made at the discretion of Adrias Cakes Managers. This will involve an assessment of the product, therefore, it will need to be returned and not consumed. Upon such refunds, we will retain the item. Refunds will be in the form of store credit.

Store Credit Must be used within 60 Days unless pre-arranged for a specific future date at the time the credit is issued.


Please make sure you read our Pick-up Terms and Conditions below carefully before booking. Because our products are classed as perishable items, we are not responsible once your order has been collected from us.

By booking and paying your food items / cakes online the Customer accepts full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. This is to ensure that we have met your specifications of flavor, design and color. Any concerns about your order must be raised straight away on collection. Once inspected, the item is considered ‘accepted’ by the customer. By accepting the product, the customer bears all responsibility for the cakes care and safe delivery to venues etc. Adrias Cafe will take no responsibility once the cake has been accepted.

For Cakes, we are happy to advise on the collection of your product, how best to transport your cake. However, we will not give a refund or fix damaged cakes. It is the customer’s full responsibility to be careful with transporting the cake, cupcakes etc.

At the time of pickup of the cake, please make sure that your transport is big enough and there is a suitable flat safe place to put the cake , especially for a large special occasion cake.


As stated in the cake description “No two cakes are the same” therefore exact replicas are not guaranteed although we do our best to match according to what you have selected! Elements such as flowers/ribbons etc. may become unavailable therefore we will endeavor to replace such elements to maintain the integrity of each design. Requests for specific designs will be followed with attentive care however we reserve the right to artistic expression, therefore, cannot guarantee the finished cake will look an exact replica although we will endeavor to make it as similar as possible to the requested item.
